Our standard booking is 7 days - Saturday to Saturday. 

Check In:    12.30pm (QLD time)
Check Out:  9.00am (QLD time)

Our standard deposit is one weeks' rent, payable within 10 days of making your booking.  Should a deposit not be received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled without further notification.

Full payment is required two weeks prior to your arrival date.

A Credit Card Registration form is also required to be completed and provided to our office two weeks prior to your arrival, as a security on the accommodation.  Alternatively, a cash Security Bond can be paid two weeks prior to your arrival.

We accept cheque, money order, Mastercard or Visa.  Card transactions incur a 2% transaction fee.

In the event a booking is cancelled and the Agent is unable to relet the accommodation for all of the booking period:
(a) then the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited;
(b) the customer will be held liable for any shortfall due to the inability to re-let the accommodation; and
(c) the customer will be charged an administration re-booking fee of 12% of the deposit.

Personal linen is not provided in our properties.  However, we can supply details of a local hire company.
